 (ह्वे + नक् सम्प्रसारणञ्च ।) म्लेच्छ-जातिविशेषः । यथा, --“स्वपाकश्च तुरुष्कस्तु हूनो यवन इत्यपि ।लोकवाह्यस्तु यो वाजिगवाश्याचारवर्ज्जितः ।म्लेच्छः किरातशवरपुलिन्दाद्यास्तु तद्भिदा ॥
