hastokta, adj. (hasta-ukta
cf. Skt. hasta-stha), declared to be in the hand (= power)
only °ktaṃ cakravartirājyam, referring to the imperium which the Bodhisattva renounced by retiring from the world: °ktaṃ (ca) °jyam apahāya Mv 〔ii.68.20〕
