Sanskrit
व्यवहारपादः,
पुं,
 (व्यवहारस्य पादः ।) व्यव-हारांशः । यथा । अथ व्यवहारपादनिर्णयः ।तत्र बृहस्पतिः ।“पूर्व्वपक्षः स्मृतः पादो द्विपादश्चोत्तरः स्मृतः ।क्रियापादस्तथा चान्यश्चतुर्थो निर्णयः स्मृतः ॥
”इति व्यवहारतत्त्वम् ॥
अपि च ।“परम्परं मनुष्याणां स्वार्थविप्रतिपत्तिषु ।वाक्यान्न्यायाद्व्यवस्थानं व्यवहार उदा-हृतः ॥
भाषोत्तरक्रियासाध्यसिद्धिभिः क्रमवृत्तिभिः ।आक्षिप्तचतुरंशस्तु चतुष्पादभिधीयते ॥
