छानार जल इति भाषा ॥
(यथा, वाजसनेयसंहितायाम् । १९ । २१ ।“सोमस्य रूपं हविष आमिक्षा वाजिनं मधु ॥
”अस्य गुणाः प्रस्तुतिनियमश्च यथा, --“दध्ना तक्रेण वा नष्टं दुग्धं बद्धं सुवाससा ।नष्टदुग्धभवन्नीरं मोरटञ्जेज्जटोऽब्रवीत् ॥
मुखशोषतृषादाहरक्तपित्तज्वरप्रणुत् ।लघुर्बलकरो रुच्यो मोरटः स्यात् सितायुतः ॥
”इति भावप्रकाशस्य पूर्व्वखण्डे प्रथमे भागे ॥
हविः । यथा, वाजसनेयसंहितायाम् । २९ । १ ।“वाजी वहन् वाजिनम् ।”“वाजिनं हविः ।” इति तद्भाष्ये महीधरः ॥
