वसन्तोत्सवः,
पुं,
 (वसन्तस्य उत्सवः ।) फाल-गुनोत्सवः । यथा, --“फाल्गुन्यां पौर्णमास्यान्तु विदध्याद्वैष्णवैः सहश्रीकृष्णप्रियभक्तस्य वसन्तस्यार्च्चनोत्सवम् ॥
भविष्योत्तरतो ज्ञेयस्तद्विधिश्चेदपेक्षते ।यः श्रीयुधिष्ठिरस्योक्तो व्यक्तं भगवता स्वयम् ॥
”तन्माहात्म्यञ्च तत्रैव ।“एवं यः कुरुते पार्थ शास्त्रोक्तं फाल्गुनोत्-सवम् ।मत्प्रसादाच्च सिद्ध्यन्ति तस्य सर्व्वे मनोरथाः ॥
वृत्ते तुषारसमये सितपञ्चदश्यांप्रातर्व्वसन्तसमये समुपस्थिते च ।संप्राश्य चूतकुसुमं सह चन्दनेनसत्यं हि पार्थ पुरुषोऽब्दशतं सुखी स्यात् ॥
”इति श्रीहरिभक्तिविलासे १४ विलासः ॥
