यथा, मनुः ।“ऊर्द्ध्वं पितुश्च मातुश्च समेत्य भ्रातरः समम् ।भजेरन् पैतृकं रिकथमनीशास्ते हि जीवतोः ॥
”मनुविष्णू ।“पैतृकन्तु यदा द्रव्यमनवाप्तमवाप्नुयात् ।न तत् पुत्त्रैर्भजेत् सार्द्धमकामः स्वयमर्ज्जितम् ॥
