पुनर् is often used to introduce further details or

As an adversative particle पुनर् is equivalent to
‘on the other hand, ‘on the contrary, ‘but, ‘yet,
‘still, ‘and yet, ‘notwithstanding, ‘nevertheless,
‘however.’ The construction वा पुनर् often takes
the place of the simple वा, e. g. अद्रोहेणैव भू-

or with the least possible injury to animated beings,
