EnglishNaimiśīya, ^1 Naimiṣīya^2 denotes the dwellers in the Naimiśa
forest. They are mentioned in the Kāṭhaka Saṃhitā^2 and the

Epic the Mahābhārata is said to have been recited to the Ṛṣis
