 त्रिदण्डमस्त्यस्य इनि । सन्त्यासाश्रमे । “वा-ग्दण्डोऽथ मनोदण्डः कायदण्डस्तथैव च । यस्यैते नि-हिता बुद्धौ त्रिदण्डीति स उच्यते । त्रिदण्डमेतन्निक्षिप्यसर्वभूतेषु मानवः । कामक्रोधौ तु संयम्य ततः सिद्धिंनियच्छति” मनुः । “त्रिदण्डग्रहणादेव प्रेतत्वं नैवजायते । अहन्येकादशे प्राप्ते पार्वणन्तु विधीयते”लिखि० सं० तस्यापि पार्वणं श्राद्धं विहितम् ।
