 kṛṣṇala (IA 26),  same as rati or guñjā. One kṛṣṇala is regarded
by the Kṛtyakalpataru (Vyavahāra-kāṇḍa,  ed. K. V. Ranga-
swami Aiyangar,  p. 125) as equal to three guñjās or raktikās
apparently through confusion.

confuse rati with yava.

weight according to the later authorities,  one Māṣa (‘bean’)
being equated to four Kṛṣṇalas.^1 In the sense of a weight it
