Sanskritअसिलोमन् असिरिव तीक्ष्णं लोमास्य । दनोःपुत्र-भेदे । “चत्वारिंशद्दनोः पुत्राः ख्याताः सर्वत्र भारतेत्युपक्रम्य“असिलोमा च केशी च दुर्ज्जयश्चैव दानवः” भा० आ० प०६५ अध्या० हरिवंशे तु “अभवन् दनुपत्राश्च शतंतीव्रपराक्रमा” इत्युपक्रम्य शतपुत्रमध्ये “असिलोमा च केशोच शठश्च बलकोऽमदः” इत्युक्तम् । “असिलोमा पुलोमा च वा-स्कलः प्रमदोऽमद” इति च हरि० । स च देवासुर-युद्धे वायुना सह युयुधे “असिलोमाथ बलिना मारुतेनमहाहवे” हरिवं २४४ अध्या० । त्रिविक्रमावसरे चस हरिणा सह युयुधे विष्णुना हतश्च “असिलोमाहरिश्चैव जघ्नतुर्वै परस्परमित्युपक्रम्य १६१ अध्या० “विप्र-चित्तिः शिवःशङ्कुरित्युपक्रम्य च “असिलोमा पुलोमाचेत्या-दिना बहून् दैत्यान् युयुधानानमिधाय” “प्रमथ्य सर्वान्दैतेयान् पादहस्ततलैः प्रभुः । जहार त्रिदिवं देवस्त्रि-भिर्विक्रमणैर्हरिः” हरि० २६३ अ० वामनेन तद्दलन-मुक्तम् । “असिलोम्नोऽपहन्ता वै तथा रावणनाशनः”विष्णुस्तवः ।
