 अर्द्धं चन्द्रस्य एक० त० । १ चन्द्रस्यार्द्धे, तदाकारे-२ नखक्षते, ३ गलहस्ते, ४ वाणभेदे, “रावणेन हृता सीता-अर्द्धचन्द्रार्द्धभास्करा” महाना० “सार्द्धचन्द्रं बिभर्त्तियः” कुमा० “अर्द्धचन्द्रमुखैर्वाणैश्चिच्छेद कदलीसुखम्”रघुः “शृगालाः सर्व्वे गलेऽर्द्ध चन्द्रं दत्त्वा निस्सारिताः” ।“तद्दीयतां द्रागेतस्यार्द्धचन्द्रः” इति च पञ्च० त० । गल-हस्तस्तु तर्ज्जन्यङ्गुष्ठविस्ताररूपा हस्तसन्निवेशविशेष-मुद्रा । (तेओडीति) ख्यातायां ५ त्रिवृति स्त्रीणां ६ तिलक-भेदे च । स्त्री । स्वार्थे कन् । ह्रस्वे अतैत्त्वे । अर्द्धच-न्द्रिका १ कर्णस्फोटलतायां २ चित्रपर्ण्याञ्च ।
