व्याधिरन्नरसे यथा ‘just as disease may lurk in the good
essence of food when it is eaten with unwholesome sub-
stances’
or यमस्त्वन्नरसं प्रादात् ‘Yama gave (Nala) the
distinguished properties of food’ (comm. ‘अन्नरसं यादृशे
तादृशेऽप्यन्ने विशिष्टरसवत्ताम्’).
