Vedānta phil.) The supreme Soul as the inward regulator
of all the phenomena of the material and intellectual world,
in this and in a future life: ‘य इमं च लोकं परं च लोकं
सर्वाणि च भूतान्यन्तरो यमयति’
‘अधिदैवतमधिलोकमधि-
वेदमधियज्ञमधिभूतमध्यात्मं च कश्चिदन्तरवस्थितो यमयिता-
न्तर्यामी’
not merely ‘the individual Soul of a divinity, of
a living being &c.’, but the same as the परमात्मन्
