ārocayati, (rarely) āroceti (= Pali id., usually °ceti), declares, announces, tells: usually with acc. of thing and gen. or dat. of person, but sometimes with acc. of person, Mv 〔i.226.14〕 = 〔ii.29.17〕 rājānam ārocenti
